Welcome to Boot Camp!
This program is designed to kickstart your fitness and super-charge your metabolism. Through a half hour of creative, dynamic exercises, you will experience improved cardiovascular health, muscle strength, tone, definition and flexibility. I will help you get into great shape, reduce stress, lose weight, increase energy and build both confidence and new friendships.
Your progress will depend on your effort and participation both in and out of our boot camp sessions. Come with an open mind, ready to work hard and have fun!
All sessions are 30 minutes, have a friendly group atmosphere and are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Whether you can do one push-up or 100, you will be challenged to reach past your own personal limits.
Outdoor boot camps will be held rain or shine and no two workouts will ever be quite the same. Please refer to our schedule for specific details, location and directions.
A complimentary body composition test is included with registration!
